MW Components offers precision optics manufacturing, with experts in injection molding that can support the needs of demanding industries such as fiber optics and optoelectronics. Our plastic optics products include custom micro lens arrays (which are used in both Tx and Rx applications), replaceable optical mold inserts, light pipes, LED lenses, housings, receptacles, and molded prisms. Our capabilities also include injection molding of flexible, straight, and right-angle strain reliefs.

All our custom plastic optics components are held to the highest standards. We offer QA processes that leverage laser interferometer, FT-IR spectrometry, and profilometry equipment, along with advanced vision machines to review plastic optic parts for dimensional accuracy, defects, and contaminants.
