Custom flat spring manufacturers

MW produces flat springs and flat spring related products in a variety of shapes, sizes and materials from flat strip steel or other materials. We custom manufacture all flat springs to your specifications, with many of our flat spring products used as shims or to hold other assembly components in a set position. Some of our customers also use MW's flat springs as leaf springs or electrical conductors.

Our flat springs can be manufactured from raw material with up to a 7" strip width and strip thickness up to 0.125". Request a quote to start your project or speak to an engineer who can support your design needs.
