Custom Metal Stamping Part Manufacturing

MW Components specializes in producing custom metal stamping manufacturing for a variety of industries, including aftermarket automotive, general industrial, consumer goods, heavy truck, medical, aerospace and more.

Our facilities leverage various presses from 30 to 400-ton capacity to produce a wide range of custom metal stamping parts. The metallurgical expertise we use to design our spring and fastener products also extends to our metal stamping parts, allowing our engineers to create components utilizing materials from low-carbon steel to pre-tempered alloys in thicknesses from .004″ to .312″ depending on the configuration of the part and tonnage required.

We manufacture custom metal stamping parts created to your specs as well as provide design expertise that helps you get your part in the most time- and cost-effective manner. Our 25+ US facilities stock various standard and specialty materials and produce multiple types of metal stampings across industries, ensuring we can get you the past you need, quickly. If you have an existing tool, we'll even transfer it to our facilities to reduce ramp-up time.
