Return Policy & Promotion Terms


MW Components Return Policy

No merchandise is accepted for return 30 days after the delivery date. No credit is allowed on merchandise shipped as ordered and returned without obtaining a valid return authorization number with a written authorization allowing parts to be returned. Absolutely no returns are allowed on custom-made products. A 20% restocking charge applies to all returns of stock products, and transportation charges must be fully prepaid. We will pay transportation charges on returned merchandise only when due to MW Component's error. We accept no responsibility for parts plated or otherwise treated by customers. Phone orders are accepted at the risk of the buyer.

MW Components will only accept returns of new products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund providing the following:

  • Products are new and in the original packaging
  • Must produce original invoice
  • Products have not been installed, tampered with or modified in any way

Non-returnable Items - The following products cannot be returned:

  • Products older than 30 days from invoice date
  • Any product that has been installed, disassembled or modified
  • Products not purchased directly from MW Components
  • If you purchased product from a MW Components authorized dealer/distributor, you must contact the seller listed under your original invoice for their return policy
  • Closeout items

Shipping Costs:

  • MW Components will not cover return shipping fees for the return of non-defective products
  • Any packages refused by the purchaser will be charged the shipping cost back to MW Components
  • Any address correction fees will be charged to the purchaser

Fees:

  • MW Components will charge a 20% restocking fee for all approved returned items, this does not pertain to warranty claims

MW Components Returns Procedure

Warranty Claim:

To make a claim for orders purchased directly from MW Components, the purchaser must fill out the form below to proceed with the process of obtaining a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number which is required before shipping product back to MW Components. If the product was not purchased from MW Components directly, the purchaser should contact the authorized MW Components dealer/distributor you purchased from directly. The dealer/distributor should then contact MW Components to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number to return the products to MW Components. Product returned to MW Components for credit as defective that is determined to be fit for use will become the property of MW Components and no credit will be issued.

Any and all warranty returns must be accompanied by:

  • Return authorization number (RGA/RMA)
  • Original sales receipt verifying the purchase of the products
  • A statement containing the purchaser's name, address, vehicle make and model along with a brief description of the claimed defect

  • Please note: MW Components will NOT accept returns without the RGA number and invoice. Any C.O.D. or collect shipments will be refused. Once the returns are received at MW Components, MW Components will evaluate the products, verify the sales receipt, and investigate the return reason. The purchaser is responsible for returning the products to the MW Components, including shipping costs as well as costs incurred for removing and installing the products on the vehicle. MW Components does not warranty labor costs. Any product that has been installed, assembled, or modified will not be eligible for a refund.

Discounts and Promotions

Only one discount or promotional code may be used per order. Discounts expire 30, 60, or 90 days after publication, depending on the promotion. Discount and promotional terms are subject to change without notice.
