Multi-Axis / Multi-Spindle Machining
MW has access to industry-leading machining technology, one example being our multi-axis machining which is the capability for a workpiece to be turned, cross-drilled, milled, and engraved all in the same machine. An additional spindle also allows work on the backside of a part to be performed. Having this capability at our disposal enables MW to produce machined parts without the need for, or added cost of, secondary operations. Performing multiple actions without making placement changes or re-tool also leads to fewer errors and reduced lead times.
