Spring Material: Ni-Span-C
Super Alloy for Demanding Applications
Ni-Span-C is a nickel/chrome alloy. It can handle broad swings in temperature (between -75°F to 140°F), while maintaining the same torsion modulus.
Grades / Attributes
Ni-Span-C works well when there is extreme mechanical stress. It provides high surface stability and oxidation resistance.
Springs for thermostats and watches.
No other alloy delivers a constant torsion modulus through a broad temperature range for applications that require both.
