The A-Series (aluminum) and H-Series (stainless steel) Beam Couplings meet performance demands over a wide range of applications, including drive systems for encoders, instrumentation, lead screws, small pumps, feed rollers, and anywhere a light to medium duty, torsionally flexible coupling/coupler is required. The A-Series beam coupling is offered in aluminum and the H-Series style is produced in stainless steel. The parts are used for similar applications and the only difference between the two is the material composition. This does also affect the operating temperatures which they support: A-Series (Up to 200°F) and H-Series (Up to 600°F) respectively.

Standard Beam Coupling Manufacturing & Configurations


A series beam couplings are produced using either 7075-T6 Aluminum Alloy or CRES Stainless Steel. Specialty materials and services are also available to create custom flexible couplings. Multiple attachment styles are available for added functionality. Torque range, bore ranges, operating temperatures, speed, and other performance factors will vary depending on the configuration and material chosen.
