MW Components produces MS (Military Standard) parts, including licensed TORQ-SET® for aerospace and military applications. TORQ-SET® denotes a unique screw head design characterized by an offset plus-sign shape. This design ensures optimal torque transfer and allows for disassembly without drill-outs.

TORQ-SET® Manufacturing
Our MS fasteners are produced using military standards by our NADCAP accredited facility in Anaheim, CA. Ideal Fasteners is ISO 9001 and AS9100D certified, QSLM class 2 and 3 listed, and offers real-time SPC, allowing us to process products and process information quickly and efficiently to resolve potential defects before parts exit the shop floor. This ensures optimum tolerance and accuracy throughout production.
