Rick Szkorla serves as Chief Executive Officer of MW Precision Components, leading the strategic direction, operational performance, and continued growth of the organization. Rick brings extensive leadership experience and a strong understanding of the business, with a background spanning human resources, organizational effectiveness, and executive leadership.

Prior to becoming CEO, Rick served as Group Vice President at MW Components, following leadership roles in Human Resources Operations, Human Resources, and organizational effectiveness. Throughout his tenure, he has worked closely across the organization to strengthen teams, improve performance, and support business growth.
