With over 30 years’ experience in manufacturing, Rick focuses on growing the Springs Division’s capabilities and performance. Previously President of Duer/Carolina Coil, now an MW Components location, Rick has a successful track record of developing manufacturing capability and the people in the organization. In this way, Rick believes that solving problems where the value is created puts the customer first by ensuring the process meets the customer’s expectations. Through capable manufacturing processes, Rick is able to drive growth. In his time off, Rick likes spending time running, working in the yard and spending time with his wife and their three children.
