Jim Margiotta serves as CEO of MW Fasteners, leading the strategic direction, operational performance, and long-term growth of the organization. Jim brings extensive leadership and manufacturing experience, with a strong background in operations, business growth, and building customer-focused organizations. 

Prior to becoming CEO, he served as General Manager of Accurate Screw Machine, one of MW Fasteners’ U.S. manufacturing locations, where he helped strengthen the business by improving operational execution, staying close to customer needs, and driving results.
