The marketing organization will remain focused on driving improvements in lead generation, e-commerce, and advancing digital tools, such as MW Components’ proprietary application Smart Navigational Automated Pricing (SNAP). Developed in-house, SNAP is a web-based software that enhances and accelerates quoting.
Snelling and her team will also collaborate closely with divisional presidents and the Company’s CEO on the annual strategic planning process.
“I am excited to formally launch an Office of Commercial Excellence at MW Components and am thrilled that Nina will be at the center of driving processes and actions on our journey to improve our Commercial Maturity, as well as take on additional areas of support as we enhance our strategic planning process,” said Thomas Amato, MW Components’ CEO.
