Fulton Bellows Joins MW Precision Components

MW Precision Components has acquired Fulton Bellows LLC of Knoxville, Tennessee, effective November 2, 2026. Fulton has made seamless metal bellows since 1904, when Weston Fulton introduced the sylphon, and its bellows are used today in aerospace and defense, industrial, medical and automotive applications.

Fulton Bellows will continue to operate under the Fulton Bellows name, with the same team, the same products, and the same commitment to quality. Fulton Bellows joins MW Precision Components bellows makers Ameriflex, BellowsTech and Servometer, expanding the capabilities and capacity we can bring to engineers and their applications.
