Fox Valley In-House Capabilities

At Fox Valley, we've designed our warehousing services to support your needs. As such, we have a number of capabilities, including everything from a single shipment to blanket order options that can be taken over 12 months with a variety of release options. This ensures you get the most competitive price for the estimated annual quantity while enabling us to efficiently schedule production and build safety stock. Kanban is one method to deliver Just-In-Time (JIT) manufacturing. It requires real-time communication within a lean manufacturing environment.

Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) services are provided by our Customer Service Team. They can monitor your part inventory and safety stock levels which help to alert our customers when their orders are close to being fulfilled. This ensures you never run out of parts. We strive to make your purchasing operations smooth and effortless.

A Nationwide Network with MW Components

At times, companies request that we source products outside of our capabilities. With the support of our parent company, MW Components, we have a network of over a dozen other locations all specializing in spring or precision metal component manufacturing, creating a one-stop-shop for the parts you need.
