Finish ProcessesWe offer many finishing services, including metal heat treatment, cleaning, passivation, polishing, plating, and others. These processes allow us to achieve maximum cycle life in the smallest package while providing resistance to environmental forces and retaining a superior cosmetic appearance.

Metal Stamping & FormingComponents are formed and stamped from strip metal into the desired diaphragm, disc, or shape. And we use stringent processes to ensure all diaphragms are symmetrical, round, concentric (OD/ID), and consistent, which results in the highest quality product.

Prototyping & Testing ServicesPrototypes or sample parts for many custom bellows assemblies can be provided for research and development prior to production.

Custom PackagingWe offer both standard packaging and custom packaging to meet your needs or requirements. UHV packing, crates, and multi-layer protection are also available.

Tig WeldingMicro and regular gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW) is used daily for component welding. This process produces a high-quality weld with no contamination. Many metals can be welded including all 300 series and AM350 stainless steels, nickel alloys like Inconel, Hastelloy, titanium, and other exotic metals.
