Shelley runs people strategy across MW Industries. She ensures the business attracts, retains, and grows the talent it needs to succeed in the market. This covers everything from day-to-day HR and talent management to organizational design and strengthening our culture. With senior HR roles across companies such as General Dynamics, Ei Inc., and Shutterfly together with an MBA and degree in Psychology and Sociology, Shelley understands how to create an environment where everyone is free to achieve their potential. When not in the office, Shelley indulges her love of coastal living, hitting the beach for long walks and time with her family.
